An earthy, spicy Pinot Noir based on the traditional flavours of burgundy. Showing sweet cherry fruits and spices, subtle vanilla oak complexities with a long smooth finish.
2014 Winemakers Selection Pinot Noir
Hand selected and picked parcels of fruit were gently crushed into open top fermenters, with cold maceration followed by frequent plunging of the grape skin cap by hand which extracted a rich colour during fermentation.
Matured in new French oak barriques for 12 months, and bottled aged for 4 years before release in June 2019. To enjoy now or over the next 5-8 years.
