An earthy, spicy Pinot Noir based on the traditional flavours of burgundy. Showing sweet cherry fruits and spices, subtle vanilla oak complexities with a long smooth finish.

2014 Winemakers Selection Pinot Noir

  • Hand selected and picked parcels of fruit were gently crushed into open top fermenters, with cold maceration followed by frequent plunging of the grape skin cap by hand which extracted a rich colour during fermentation.

Matured in new French oak barriques for 12 months, and bottled aged for 4 years before release in June 2019. To enjoy now or over the next 5-8 years.
