Product details

Created with handpicked apples grown on Yering Farm's estate orchard, this quirky apple cider is made for summer. Fifth generation orchardist, owner and winemaker of Yering Farm Wines, Alan Johns, took to making cider at the insistence of his sons, who knew that cider was the next big thing and would be unstoppable in the Yering Farm cellar door.
Only our finest homegrown Pink Lady Apples are used in this cider. The fruit is handpicked, crushed, fermented, barrel aged and lightly carbonated before bottling, and that's it! No sugars or concentrates are added.
And what's with the spelling you ask? Syder is Yering Farm's own take on cider; a fun, different style made by a winemaker, made like a wine and made with eating apples. Quirky spelling for a quirky cider!
