2006 Winemakers Selection Cabernet Sauvignon

Exhibiting aromas of blackcurrant, blood plums with hints of leather and tobacco. The palate is long, silky and fine, with chocolate sensations, cedar and tobacco.

A selected parcel of Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon hand crafted from our dry grown single vineyard. Small parcels of exceptional fruit were hand selected and in open fermenters, there was regular plunging of the grape skin cap to extract a rich colour during fermentation. Matured for 18 months in new French oak barriques, and bottle aged for 8 years before release.

Product available individually within a mix of 6 or 12 bottles, or in a straight case of 6 or 12 bottles. 10% discount on straight case of 12 bottles
