A blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre

Dry grown single vineyard in Heathcote, Victoria
Winemaking
Fermented each variety separately in small open pots. Shriaz & Grenache were 100% destemmed. The Mourvèdre went through carbonic fermentation to lift the perfume.
Maturation
The three varieties were blended together and aged in a mixture of seasoned French oak barrels for 12 months prior to bottling.
